SVESMI masterplan for the village of Kotovo in Moscow region, a winner in the nomination “Innovative development product” of the real estate competition “Good Innovation”, proposes the configuration of small plots composed along the site perimetres and opening into collective yards. This spatial organisation allows for the maximum of individual privacy and also for collective programming of the yards by the inhabitants.
