Cornucopia is a dynamic whole constituted by a diversity of individual buildings. On the outside perimeter it follows the logic of the existing urban fabric, allowing for classical accentuated corners; lively ground floor with small shops and businesses; a plethora of unique details for each facade; and a rich colour scheme. Inside the block the courtyard  space is maximised to expose all flats to daylight and offer interesting perspectives into cozy yet characteristic environment. The structure provides for a broad array of housing typologies and increases the number of distinctive corner apartments with terraces.

Narrow passages cutting through the Cornucopia block and ensuring its permeability are also envisaged as natural ventilation and cooling channels. The courtyard could be made publicly accessible or remain an internal oasis at the centre of the buzzing area. All terraces stepping down towards the  communal space could form a multilayered green garden as the plants and trees will thrive in full daylight and well-protected interior microclimate.
