SVESMI joins the line up of finalists for the international competition Reconstruction of the Rizhskaya freight station in Moscow in consortium with the Dutch company KCAP

Five internation teams are to compete for the complex task of the redevelopment of the large-scale territory around one of the Moscow important railroad hubs. Chief architect of Moscow Sergey Kouznetsov says that the project should return the area to the city, offering new housing units and providing a new concept for the HQ of the RussianRails company.

Next to the consortium KCAP (The Netherlands) /SVESMI (Russia/The Netherlands), architects and master-planners from Skidmore, Owings and Merril (US);
Nikken Sekkei (Japan); UNK Project (Russia), RUGBC (Russia);
and MLA+ (The Netherlands),AM Sergey Kiselev &partners (Russia) will present their proposals in December 2019.
